on the way from my place to school i drive through among some beautiful places.

in tepatitlan they produce tequila from a kind of cactus called agave.


in la they have cactus leaves for food. i tried them once, and that was not for me.


last late afternoon, i met some hyper women.



one of them is an architect and she is preparing to open her new office which is

located very close to my second property which i got for our family to use business.


i went to her to ask if she wants to rent my ad board in 5 thousand per month.



i expect 8000, however my agent advised me to rent it in 5000.


so we set the price 7000 for the first trial.



somebody liked my place very much but he didn't like to pay over
5000.



so



i went to see the architect.

i want her to use the place.




i like her and her career.
